[EDIT 2: Lol, sorry for the edits, but I uploaded a larger version and some other small things such as a border and watermark.] ---- Anis Shimada from the band MONORAL. Back in the day when he had long hair! So this was a little experiment I did. I wanted to try painting without outlines (drawing it out first, then adding tones) and what not. I rather like it.  It was a fun exercise that helped me recognise shapes and tones better.Painted in Adobe Photoshop CS2 in black and white, and colourized after in Photoshop. About 2-3 hours. I started by blocking off all the tones in the general shapes that they are, then gradually started blocking in details and more tones. I started the detailing off with a hard brush on the face, then used a soft brush for the rest of the picture (because I'm weird like that  ).Long hair on men is pretty.  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
